Free City of Vallor

Vallor itself is a real city-state. Like a huge cauldron, it has united people from different nations and even races from every corner of Signum. The Army of Vallor is nothing but a militia made up of city forces, mercenaries and adventurers and it could hardly be called exemplary. Perhaps its warriors may not all look fierce on the battlefield, but they are always unpredictable for their opponent.

This allows the Independent city’s players to change their tactics quickly and react efficiently to the actions of their opponent. If you are playing for the Independent City, be absolutely sure that you will always have an extra ace hidden up your sleeve.
