Shipping and handling takes 3-5 business days depending on the availability and quantity of the ordered items.

Delivery Time FAQ
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after payment.
Our warehouse operation hours are from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday – Friday, except for national holidays when the warehouse is closed.
We do our best to ensure shipment delays will be reduced to a minimum.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
We recommend you to use 17track.net for International Transits tracking.
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for approximately 10 – 22 days.
This number varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected as well as the country of recipient.
USA & Canada: 10-18 days
Europe: 18-25 days
The Rest the world: 14-21

We offer friendly shipping to the EU-countries, so our clients shouldn’t pay any taxes. VAT is already included into shipping cost
Standard Shipping – Trackable First Class Airmail to Non-EU Countries
Shipping fee depends upon the amount and the size of your order. Please refer to the “International Shipping Costs” table below.
Express Shipping with DHL available only to the Non-EU Countries is $50.
If your order subtotal exceeds $250 and is under 2 kg/ 4.5 lb you will be eligible for a Free International Standard Shipping.
Most of our products are lightweight so the majority of orders qualify for a free shipping. In case your order exceeds the weight limit you will be notified via email.

Express Shipping
Express Shipping with DHL is available to NON EU-countries – $50.
In case of a missing, misplaced or damaged item, please take a photo of the arrived package and email us.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Signum Games encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Singum Games at the customer’s expense. And the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
