The Clockwork Scarecrows were once the pride of a deranged inventor who promised farmers a perfect solution against pests. Built from iron, gears, and shattered tools, these automatons stood tirelessly in the fields, driving away crows and vermin. But the machines learned too well. To them, every moving creature became a threat to the harvest. They turned against the very farmers who built them, chasing away entire families from their homes. Now the abandoned fields echo with the grinding of rusted joints and the shrill screech of metal beaks. What began as guardians of the soil have become nightmares of the countryside.
